6 months old

At 6 months old McKenna can,
-sit up all by herself
-eats baby food and loves it
-is starting to drink out of a sippy cup
-is sleeping though the night
-moves all around in her sleep
-gets constipated
-can hold her bottle and sippy cup
-goes from happy to crabby in 1/2 a second
-wants to go places but can't figure out how
-is the cutest baby you will ever see
-loves to grab smalls fur
-loves to suck on my face and grab my hair
-has a soaking wet shirt by the end of the day
-has been pretty crabby lately, maybe those teeth are closer than we think.

Fort Bragg

Tucker had a little business to do near fort bragg. So we all decided to tag along. We just stayed there one night then drove home on hwy. 1. Let me tell you that is a very very curvy road! It gets old very quickly and you wish you went the other way. But non the less we went and took some good pictures of the ocean. I probably took 50 pictures. You can never get enough of the ocean. Its just so pretty!

My big girl

Since McKenna is sitting up all by herself now. I thought I would give her a shot at taking a bath in the sink. She did pretty well. Sat very good and tried to grab her toys. I just think this picture is so funny/cute. She just makes me laugh.

So you can't really see anything, but this is McKenna when she first woke up from her nap. It was to cute not to video tape.

5 months old

I can't believe she has been in my life for 5 months! I think I say that every month. But it is just going by so fast! She is really coming into herself. Getting her own little personality. She is such a happy baby, I love her!
Achievements of the last month:
1. She can sit up on her own
2. Can roll from side to side
3. Has rolled over from stomach to back and back and stomach. (has only done it a few times and none since)
4. Laughs a lot more
5. Eats rice cereal, oatmeal, carrots, sweet potatoes, squash, applesauce(in her rice cereal) and loves it!
6. Has some nasty poop
7. Has found her toes and likes to pull off her socks and suck on them
8. Has found her high voice
9. Likes to pull my hair
10. Is in a new position in the morning than how I layed her down at night.
11. Is turning into a mama's girl.
12. Looks at me when I call her name.

This was her first time of grass. She just kept feelin' it and feelin' it.

Tucker and I went up to the Sacramento Temple to eat lunch and let smalls run around on the pretty grass. I thought it would be nice to take some pictures of McKenna. They turned out pretty well. She is just so cute!
