Smalls....again!

I'm sure you are all getting tired of seeing blogs about my little smalls, but she is my little girl, for now.
We finally took smalls to the groomer earlier this week. So here are some cute pictures of her new do! Not sure why they put in a blue bow, I would have preferred a pink one. Oh well

I like her with a little more hair. I think she looks like a weiner dog with short hair. The good thing is that it will grow back.
Tucker wanted a picture with his little girl.
This one is kind of blurry, but you can see her eyes now. Someone was finally able to get the hair off her face. Or most of it. They had a hard time doing her face because she freaks out when she hears the razor. Poor little girl!

Smalls new trick!

This is Smalls and her favorite way to play lately.

The long awaited pictures for Elisha, and anyone else who wants to see!

Here is the outside of the house. Its not the prettiest thing on the street but its cute on the inside. Doesn't have much of a lawn or any at all. Just rocks. Easy to take care of!

Once you come into the front door, you run into this room. These rooms are oddly shaped. So it was tricky to position the furniture.

If you turn to the left upon enter the house you will walk into this room. This room is pretty much empty except for what you see in this picture. On the right side of this picture, the tall cupboard thing that is going into the kitchen. See next picture...
This is the kitchen. If you enter in through the hallway where the cupboard thing was. You are going to be going in a circle here.
From the right of the picture above, you will enter into the weird room. I think it supposed to be the dining room, but we put our computer in there. The you are back where we started from, where the tv is.
Now if you take yourself back to the first picture, when you enter the door, we are going to go to the right instead of the left. There is a hallway, this is where all the rooms are located, and the bathrooms.
This is tuck and I's bathroom. Just a bathroom. I'm sure you don't care about this, but this is for my sisters viewing pleasure. She likes to look at bathrooms!
Tuck and I's bedroom. Don't you love the pretty yellow curtains and the purple walls?? The landlord is apparently in love with green and purple. The whole inside of the house is painted green with the excepting of the bedrooms. But they have green carpet.
This is the babies room, One side of it. This is the crib side. It looks pretty good in there, Thanks sandee! I'm not much of a decorator so this is what the baby gets. I'm sure she won't care how pretty it is.
This is the other side of her room. The curtains are lovely in here as well! My mom is determined to buy new ones. She doesn't want the baby coming home to "these" curtains.
This is her closet! Its pretty full. Thanks to everyone who contributed to her grand collection. Thank you cards are going in the mail soon!
And this is me! 4 weeks to go. I look pretty large in this picture, but I think its the angle of the camera. And don't look at my hair, I didn't do it today. Just let it dry naturally! Trying to be green here!
The End!! Hope you enjoyed the show!!

A fun game of Memories

Have you seen this little tag going around on blogs? I left a comment on one, so now I've got to do #2 on the list.So let's play:
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. If you don't want to play on your blog, or if you don't have a blog, I'll leave my memory of you in my comments.

Hospital Bag

The time is drawing near and I figure I should get a hospital bag ready to go. I know you all have your own special things that you brought to help you along besides the normal things. I would like to know what those are! I'm not to experienced in this area and could use your guidance . To be honest I really don't know what all to bring besides:
-Clothes to come home in
-Toiletries (do I really need my own shower stuff or just teeth stuff?)
-Robe, PJ's (?), socks
-Camera
-Pads (do I need these for the hospital or just when I am home)
-Baby outfit
-Diapers (do I need to bring my own or just use the hospitals)
-Snacks/suckers

Well that is about all I could come up with. I could really use all your womanly knowledge about this topic. I actually feel king of silly asking this. I feel like I should know what to bring to the hospital! Anyway,
Thanks a bunch!

Also...For all my Bakersfield's peeps all is going well here in Sacramento. We are all settled in and looking for work. Well I'm not, Tucker is. If you know anyone who is hiring up this direction now would be a good time to speak up! We are enjoying the cool evenings, sponsored by the delta breeze. Ohh what a wonderful thing! It seems a little odd to be back here but its becoming better. The baby is moving right a long, 4 weeks to go! My doctor here is a little odd, he is definitely no Dr. Owens but will have to do for 4 more weeks. Smalls has made the adjustment very well. It took her a little while to get used to the hardwood floors, not to much traction. For the first few days she wouldn't come off her blanket that we put on the floor for her.
Anyway, that is a lot of rambling. I miss you all and I will keep updating my blog. So make sure you take a look and more importantly leave me a comment! I know I'm not the best at leaving them, I just like to look. But if you leave one, I will try to leave one for you to :) Also, I will be putting up some pictures of our new place. Probably today, my sister has been harassing me to get some up so she can see the new place. So it might be today, once the sun comes up a little bit more. I've been up since 6am, if you can believe that!

Farewell to Bakersfield

Well this is it everyone, we are leaving tomorrow. I can't really say that I will miss the town or the bad air quality, but I will miss all the people here. I've made some good friends here and I will miss you all. After being here for 2 1/2 years I finally feel like I actually have some friends and that I belong. You gals have been great! You are wonderful people and will be missed by me and I think Tucker might miss some of you guys as well.
I can't make any promises about when we will make an appearance back here in Bako, but I will be posting pictures of this little baby girl when she comes. And I will keep my blog updated so everyone can check it out and WRITE ME COMMENTS!! I love comments! I know you are more interested in seeing the little baby then you are me! But that is ok, I would be too.
Anyway, I just wanted to write a little message thanking all of you for taking me in. Even though I don't have any kids I was still welcomed into the "family" club. You guys will be missed! Try to move on with your lives after we leave. I know it will be tough! Come visit us when you pass through Sacramento!
Love you guys!!!
